Web PDC Registration
To register for a web PDC please use the form below and send us your name, email address, and indicate the web PDCs that you wish to attend.
Group registrations: Contact us if you wish to enroll two or more from the same organization/company for one or more web PDCs each.
Certificates indicating the number of contact hours will be provided. (Contact hours are converted to CM points when re-certifying for CIH.)
NOTES:
- After registration we will send you an email containing a PayPal invoice. The invoice can be paid using either a credit card or a PayPal account (or you can call and pay over the phone with a credit card).
- The week before the PDC you will receive an email with instructions for downloading a copy of the slides, handouts, and instructions for connecting to the web PDC.
- The conference call number is not toll free. You can connect using VoIP (voice over internet protocol) and your computer speakers and microphone or headset.
- The registration and participation policy for each Web PDC is the same as for a fixed location or on-site PDC. Registration is per participant, not per viewing site. Only those registered should view and participate in each web PDC.

Notes
The web PDC will be presented using GoToMeeting. To see the slides your computer must be able to connect to GoToMeeting. The hardware requirements are written below. If you do not have administrative privileges with your computer (and if you will be using a company computer you probably do not) you may need your IT person to assist in connecting to the web PDC.
The conference call number will not be toll free. You will be responsible for any long distance phone charges if you do not have an unlimited long distance account. However, you may also connect using your computer speakers and microphone or headset (using VoIP).
Hardware Requirements
For PC-based participants:
- Internet Explorer 7.0, Mozilla Firefox 4.0, Google Chrome 5.0 (JavaScript enabled) or the latest version of each web browser
- Windows 7 and above
- Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection
- Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM (recommended)
For Mac-based participants:
- Safari 3.0, Firefox 4.0, Google Chrome 5.0 (JavaScript enabled) or the latest version of each web browser
- Mac OS X 10.6 – Snow Leopard or newer
- Intel processor (1GB of RAM or better recommended)
- Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection
Cancellation Policy
A credit for a future web PDC will be given for any cancellation made at least two business days prior to the day of the class. No credits will be given if the notice of cancellation is not received within two business days of the web PDC.
Exposure Assessment Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a PDC at any time, in which case a full refund or credit will be given to each participant.
