Installing the IHDataAnalyst on your laptop:
You may install the IHDA on the your desktop and laptop. For your second computer you must obtain a second License Key as each computer has a unique Hardware ID. If the IHDataAnalyst will be used by multiple users it may be installed on only one computer. The “Hardware ID” is based on the unique configuration of your computer: processor, operating system, memory, size of hard drive, etc. If the configuration changes you may need a new “License Key”:
If you have misplaced your installation and registration instructions contact EAS Inc. and request a replacement.
IHDataAnalyst does not display properly when using a laptop.
If you cannot see all of the IHDataAnalyst (or IHDA-Student vesion) when using a laptop try the following:
- Make sure that the screen resolution is at least 1024×768. IHDA requires at least XGA (1024×768) resolution. Check by right clicking on your Desktop and selecting “Screen Resolution”.
- Right click on your Desktop; select “Personalize”; select “Display” in the lower left corner.
- Click the option “Smaller – 100% (default)” and then click “Apply”. You may be forced to logoff before it takes effect.
